• All orders ship out the next business day after fulfillment (please allow up to 5 days for fulfillment)  

• All online orders are shipped via USPS. We do not offer any other shipping services. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as an address.

• We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.

• Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.

• If your order is returned to us by USPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order. 

• Shipped orders over $300 will ship with "signature required" and will require a signature upon delivery.
